WELCOME
Welcome to the RawGallery members area.
When you take out a membership, you can discover and explore all of my galleries without restrictions.
Please note that the content is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age.
A subscription does not entitle you to download the images, publish them on other platforms or reproduce them. Please note these rules. Violators will be prosecuted.
FAQ's Members Area
Below you will find the FAQs. I hope I can answer some of your questions with them
What is the members area on your website?
This is a section of my website where you can discover my photo series from the areas of lingerie, nude and erotica without censorship and on a larger scale.
Why should I pay for your content?
With me you get lots of great photos of lots of great models. Everything from one source, everything on one website. Everything for one price.
You also support me in my work. I can't monetize nude and erotic photography on Instagram, for example. Of course, as a photographer, I'm interested in earning money with my content or at least covering my costs. Otherwise, it won't work in the long run.
How much does membership cost?
1 month: 10.00€
3 months: 25.00€
6 months: 50.00€
12 months: 90.00€
NO SUBSCRIPTION! You only pay the price for the duration of your selected membership. This does not renew automatically . However, it is important that you do not cancel immediately because the membership will then end immediately.
How do the galleries differ?
lingerie: partially clothed, underwear and partial nude.
nude art: normal and artistic nude, partially clothed.
erotic: explicit nudes, masturbation and close-ups.
In the future there will also be girl/girl series.
How many photos do I see?
The gallery is constantly being expanded with new series, always divided into months.
How often are there new photos?
It always depends on how much I have photographed. I can't promise you weekly updates, but after many photo shoots in the past I have material for a long time.
Why do I have to register?
This must be done for reasons of age verification and payment transactions.
It is not permitted to download, copy or reproduce any content on this website. Violators will be prosecuted. A subscription only entitles you to view the images created by the photographer. A right to use is not acquired by purchasing a subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions are concluded without a time limit. The payment will be repeated automatically in the booked rhythm. The customer has the option to cancel his subscription in the customer area at any time. The subscription ends with the end of the already booked period of the respective subscription.
The operator of the website does not guarantee timed, regular updates of the content. Since booking a subscription provides direct access to the exclusive content, a refund of the purchase price is excluded. The purchaser of a subscription expressly agrees to this.

Privacy policy
1. Introduction
This website is operated by: Martin Hahn - Photographer.
It is very important to us to handle the data of our website visitors in a trustworthy manner and to protect them in the best possible way. For this reason, we make every effort to meet the requirements of the GDPR.
In the following, we explain how we process your data on our website. To do this, we use the clearest and most transparent language possible so that you really understand what happens to your data.
2. General information
2.1 Processing of personal data and other terms
Data protection applies to the processing of personal data. Personal means all data with which you can be personally identified. This is, for example, the IP address of the device (PC, laptop, smartphone, etc.) in front of which you are currently sitting. Such data is processed when 'something happens to it'. Here, for example, the IP is transmitted from the browser to our provider and automatically stored there. This is then processing (according to Art. 4 No. 2 GDPR) of personal data (according to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR).
These and other legal definitions can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
2.2 Applicable regulations/laws – GDPR, BDSG and TDDDG
The scope of data protection is regulated by laws. In this case, these are the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) as a European regulation and the BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) as a national law.
In addition, the TDDDG supplements the provisions of the GDPR as far as the use of cookies is concerned.
2.3 The responsible person
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is responsible for data processing on this website. This is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
You can reach the person responsible at:
Martin Hahn - Photographer
Venloer Str. 265, 50823 Cologne
2.4 Data protection supervisor
We have appointed a data protection officer for our company. You can reach it at:
Martin Hahn
Venloer Str. 265, 50823 Cologne
2.5 This is how data on this website is processed in principle
As we have already established, there is data (e.g. IP address) that is collected automatically. This data is mainly required for the technical provision of the homepage. If we use personal data or collect other data, we will inform you about this or ask for consent.
You deliberately share other personal data with us.
You can find detailed information on this below.
2.6 Your rights
The GDPR equips you with comprehensive rights. These are, for example, free information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You can also request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data or complain to the responsible data protection supervisory authority. You can revoke your consent at any time.
You can find out what these rights look like in detail and how they are to be exercised in the last section of this privacy policy.
2.7 Data protection – Our view
Data protection is more than just a chore for us! Personal data is of great value and careful handling of this data should be a matter of course in our digitalized world. In addition, as a website visitor, you should be able to decide for yourself what, when and by whom "happens" with your data. That is why we are committed to complying with all legal provisions, collecting only the data necessary for us and of course treating it confidentially.
2.8 Disclosure and deletion
The sharing and deletion of data are also important and sensitive topics. Therefore, we would like to inform you briefly in advance about our general approach to this.
The data will only be passed on on a legal basis and only if this is unavoidable. This may be the case in particular if it is a so-called processor and a data processing agreement has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
We will delete your data if the purpose and legal basis for processing no longer apply and there are no other legal obligations to prevent the deletion. A 'good' overview of this is also provided by Art. 17 GDPR.
For all further information, please refer to this privacy policy and contact the controller if you have specific questions.
2.9 Hosting
This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This includes the automatically collected and stored log files (see below for more details), as well as all other data provided by the website visitors.
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of a secure, fast and reliable provision of our website and in this context serves the fulfilment of the contract towards our potential and existing customers.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, b and f GDPR, as well as § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the end device of the website visitor or user within the meaning of the TDDDG.
Our hoster only processes such data as is necessary to fulfil its obligation to perform and acts as our processor, i.e. it is subject to our instructions. We have concluded a corresponding contract for order processing with our hoster.
We use the following hoster:
Strato
Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin.
https://www.strato.de/datenschutz/.
2.10 Legal bases

b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
d) the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
e) the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
f) the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, unless such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
In the following sections, we will provide you with the specific legal basis for the respective processing.

As described in the Meta Privacy Policy under "How do we use your information?" This also applies to our Instagram profile.
Insights are aggregated statistics that are created based on specific visitor interactions with pages and the content associated with them, and are logged by Meta's servers. This includes, but is not limited to, the following information
• How many people see and interact with our products, services, or content, such as posts, videos, Instagram pages, listings, stores, and advertisements (if the ad is shown on Meta Products);

Meta also stores information about its users' devices (e.g. as part of the "Login notification" function); if necessary, Meta is thus able to assign IP addresses to individual users. If you are currently logged in to Instagram as a user, there is a cookie with your Instagram ID on your device. This enables Meta to track that you visited this site and how you used it. If further data is provided in the context of the order (e.g. a different delivery address or a telephone number), these will also be transmitted to us by Etsy.

ii) Disclosure of data for transport
If we send physical goods on the basis of the purchase contract, we transmit the name and address of the recipient and, if we have consented to this, the e-mail address, for the purpose of delivering the shipment.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR.
iii) Contact
When you send us a message through Etsy, Etsy will provide us with your Etsy username or, if it doesn't exist, some other sender identifier along with your message.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
If you send us a message by e-mail, we store your message with the sender data (name, e-mail address) in order to answer it and also to be able to respond to any follow-up questions later.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
If we are provided with a legally relevant declaration regarding the contractual relationship (such as a revocation or a complaint), the legal basis for our processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In such a case, we will delete the data related to the declaration as soon as all mutual claims arising from the contractual relationship have been finally settled and the retention periods under commercial and tax law have expired.
iv) Payment
To pay for a purchase, the selected payment service provider collects and processes the name, card or account number and/or other data required for the respective payment method on behalf of the customer. In this respect, the privacy policy of the selected payment service provider applies, and, if the recipient of the payment is Etsy, Etsy's privacy policy.
v) Social-Media-Buttons
Etsy pages may display social media buttons that can be recognized by the logos of the social media platforms. These are pure links to the respective platforms. A click on such a link calls up the website of the respective platform. The IP address of the accessing device and the address of the corresponding Etsy page from which the link is provided ("referrer") will be transmitted to the accessed platform.
However, no data is processed by us in this process.

4. This is also important
Finally, we would like to inform you in detail about your rights and tell you how you will be informed about changes in data protection requirements.
4.1 Your rights in detail
4.1.1 Right of access according to Art. 15 GDPR
You can request information about whether personal data about you is being processed. If this is the case, you can request further information about the way the processing is carried out. You can find a detailed list in Art. 15 para. 1 lit. a to h GDPR.
4.1.2 Right to rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR
This right includes the rectification of inaccurate data and the completion of incomplete personal data.
4.1.3 Right to erasure according to Art. 17 GDPR
This so-called 'right to be forgotten' gives you the right, under certain conditions, to request the deletion of personal data by the controller. This is generally the case if the purpose of the data processing has ceased to exist, if consent has been revoked or if the output processing took place without a legal basis. You can find a detailed list of reasons in Art. 17 (1) (a) to (f) GDPR. This "right to be forgotten" also corresponds to the controller's obligation under Art. 17 (2) GDPR to take appropriate measures to bring about a general deletion of the data.
4.1.4 Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR
This right is subject to the conditions set out in Article 18(1)(a) to (d).
4.1.5 Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR
This regulates the fundamental right to receive one's own data in a common form and to transmit it to another controller. However, this only applies to data processing based on consent or contract pursuant to Art. 20 (1) (a) and (b) and to the extent that this is technically feasible.
4.1.6 Right to object according to Art. 21 GDPR
In principle, you can object to the processing of your personal data. This applies in particular if your interest in objecting outweighs the legitimate interest of the controller in the processing and if the processing relates to direct marketing and/or profiling.
4.1.7 Right to "decision in individual cases" according to Art. 22 GDPR
In principle, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. However, this right also finds restrictions and additions in Art. 22 (2) and (4) GDPR.
4.1.8 Other rights
The GDPR includes comprehensive rights to inform third parties about whether or how you have asserted rights under Art. 16, 17, 18 GDPR. However, this is only possible to the extent that this is possible or feasible with reasonable effort.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you once again of your right to revoke your consent in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then.
In addition, we would also like to draw your attention to your rights according to §§ 32 et seq. BDSG, which, however, are largely congruent with the rights just described in terms of content.
4.1.9 Right to lodge a complaint in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that any processing of personal data concerning you infringes this Regulation.
5. What if tomorrow the GDPR is abolished or other changes take place?
